At Spectrum Care, we support adults with intellectual and/or physical disabilities to live great lives.

As a Community Support Worker, no two days are the same. You'll provide person‑centred support tailored to the unique goals, interests, and needs of each individual. This may include assisting with daily living tasks, community participation, social activities, education, employment, and building independence. In this role, you'll be supporting three young men in their early 20s who live together and enjoy a wide range of interests, including swimming, gardening, music, walks, drives, and kapa haka. Their home is vibrant, active, and full of opportunities for connection, learning, and fun.
