Community Store Team Leader – Lead & Grow Sales

The Salvation Army Auckland Family Stores are seeking a dynamic Team Leader to motivate and coach a store team, drive sales and implement operative processes daily. You will work with the Area Manager as part of a senior operations team to translate strategic directives into store practice.

You will lead by example, develop a positive culture, and ensure stock is processed, priced, and displayed to high standards while maintaining engagement with staff, volunteers and customers.
