An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) Tonna for a Registered Mental Health Nurse (Band 6) to join our busy team providing secondary care to patients under the Mental Health Measure and act as a care co-ordinator. The team operates Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm except Bank Holidays.

We are looking for a motivated individual who can work independently and as part of the Multi-Disciplinary team. Excellent communication skills are essential as well as having a positive attitude to mental health care whilst ensuring individual needs for privacy, dignity, respect and confidentiality are upheld at all times.
