We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Community Visiting Nurse specializing in Palliative Care to provide high‑quality, patient‑centered care to individuals with serious illnesses in their homes, focusing on symptom management, pain relief, and emotional support.

Location: Halton area (Oakville focus). Registration with the CNO required.
