This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on building meaningful relationships, delivering exceptional service, and keeping operations running seamlessly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do

Member Experience & Relationship Management (40%)

  • Welcome and onboard new members with personalized calls and guidance
  • Lead a structured onboarding journey to drive early engagement and success
  • Conduct regular 1:1 check‑ins to track progress and satisfaction
  • Handle member questions, concerns, and escalations with professionalism and care
