As a Community Lead, you are integral to the elevated member experience at your WeWork location. You will report to your building each day and be responsible for ensuring we meet our members’ needs and maintain our global standards. In addition, you’ll deliver a member‑centric experience through curated events, networking opportunities, and a welcoming environment for members and guests. Your work, detailed below, supports WeWork’s goals of membership engagement, retention, and community building.

Membership Engagement & Retention

  • Complete scheduled, quarterly conversations with owned accounts to maximize the value of their WeWork membership.
  • Check in regularly on all members to understand their ongoing experience.
  • Anticipate member and guest needs using information collected about members to personalize their experience.
  • Follow up in person with members who have submitted a negative rating for conference rooms, a poorly rated ticke...
