Most new hires start between $20.50-$25.60 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

**Primarily support children ages 3–6 transitioning from the HealthySteps program.**
The Community Health Worker (CHW) provides coordination of care for patients and families between ACH primary care providers and appropriate community resources.
