Community Health Programs Coordinator (Part Time - Casual) - Center for Healthier Communities

JOB SUMMARY:

The Community Health Programs Coordinator, with oversight from the Program Manager, is responsible for successfully coordinating and implementing the assigned program and/or project(s) including planning and development. In conjunction with supervisor, will coordinate all aspects of program evaluation, including creating and implementing the evaluation strategy and tools; will develop and monitor program budgets and assist with fund development including writing grant applications and/or preparing reports as requested. Coordinator will create and/or oversee the programs' marketing and communication strategy across website, social media, community publications etc. as assigned or needed.
