Community Engagement Lead — Shape City Voices (Flexible)

Christchurch City Council is seeking an Engagement Advisor to help gather community views and reflect them in Council decisions. You will work across projects, engaging residents from idea gathering through formal consultation and ensuring proposals are clearly communicated to collect meaningful feedback.

You will identify audiences, connect with stakeholders, analyse feedback, and prepare reports for elected members, contributing to shaping a more inclusive city.
