Community Engagement Executive

This is a 12-month contract role within the career services team of our client.

• Respond to queries with care, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented mindset across multiple channels.
• Maintain the company database to strengthen outreach and engagement efforts.
• Build strong connections and lead in planning and executing local and overseas engagement activities.
• Support online engagement by managing updates on social media and the corporate website.
• Feature success stories to celebrate accomplishments and inspire the wider community.
• Monitor engagement outcomes, prepare insightful reports, and benchmark against best practices.
• Continuously improve programmes based on feedback, surveys, focus groups, and innovative ideas.
• Connect community members and their organisations with the Career Services Team to open doors for students and graduates.
