Community Dietitian

Davenport-Perth Neighbourhood and Community Health Centre (DPNCHC) is a multi‑service organization that provides a wide variety of health and community programs and services for a diverse community. Our Health team is seeking an energetic community dietitian who will focus on families in the Davenport Community. You will provide a mix of counseling and assessment, assist the health and community teams with program planning and facilitate group health educational and support programs.

Responsibilities

• Assess, counsel, support and advocate for clients with a special focus on clients with food insecurity and mothers/caregivers and their children to improve their medical, nutritional and psychosocial status, and promote access to programs and services.
