Responsibilities

• The Community Development Specialist I evaluates proposed community development projects. Incumbent develops and implements neighborhood plans and projects that accomplish the City of Dayton's redevelopment goals. Will be required to process applications and if appropriate, grant awards for assigned projects and programs.
