Community & Content Associate (Social Media)

Role Overview

As a Community & Content Associate, you will support and execute ReBet’s day-to-day social presence across platforms. This role is centered around speed, consistency, and real-time relevance — ensuring we are active in key moments, consistently engaging with our audience, and contributing to organic growth.

You will work closely with the Head of Social Strategy to execute content, manage community, and help scale ReBet’s organic growth.

Success in this role will be measured by increased content output, faster real-time engagement, and growth in organic reach and community interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily social posting across Instagram, X, TikTok, and other platforms
• Write captions aligned with brand voice and platform best practices
