Job Description
Support the lives of children and youth as a Community Connector at Enviros, working collaboratively with Children Services. This role focuses on creative, individualized planning to promote successful transitions.
The Community Connector will take part in a client-centered approach, collaborating with staff from live-in programs and community networks. Your role is essential for identifying strengths and needs while developing actionable plans that lead to positive outcomes for youth. Flexibility is required as you accommodate various client schedules.
