Job Responsibilities- Support clients’ activities of daily living (ADLs) in accordance with individual care needs
- Assist nurses and therapists in routine care, including monitoring of vital signs
- Support daily daycare programmes and prescribed therapeutic activities
- Assist with feeding, personal hygiene, mobility, medication assistance, and simple wound care (under supervision)
- Monitor cognitive and behavioural changes and upscale concerns appropriately
- Report adverse incidents, support investigations, and raise feedback or complaints
- Perform housekeeping, equipment cleaning, inventory support, and basic administrative duties
