Community and Partnerships Manager

• Identify and reach out to local communities, fitness centers, gyms, health studios, and event organizers for collaboration opportunities.
• Negotiate and manage sponsorships, product giveaways, and co-branded activations.
• Represent the brand at fitness events, expos, markets, and community gatherings.
• Build a pipeline of recurring partners instead of one-off activations.
• Track partnership performance (reach, engagement, sample-to-sale conversion) and report ROI.
• Negotiate partnership terms and manage agreements while coordinating with legal and finance teams when needed.
