Community Admin & Support Lead – Ōtepoti Site (32h)

Ministry for Vulnerable Children, Oranga Tamariki is seeking a Workplace Administrator for the Ōtepoti Site. The role is 32 hours per week and based on-site, supporting Social Work kaimahi with administration, data collection, scheduling, and reception duties.

The successful candidate will liaise with vendors and stakeholders, handle bookings, and assist with health and safety, while engaging respectfully with diverse communities and tikanga Māori principles.
