Position Purpose

The Country Communications Lead PACA (localized in Bogota, Colombia) brings an enterprise mindset and demonstrates VACC leadership behaviours, serving as a trusted communications advisor, reputation steward, and strategic business partner across the Andean, Central America and Caribbean (PACA) cluster. Reporting directly to the North Latam & Conosur Communications Head, the incumbent drives communication outcomes across PACA, ensuring Communications contributes meaningfully to business priorities, stakeholder trust, organizational transformation, and long-term reputation building.
