We are looking for a Communications Intern to support the Communication team at Veepee Spain. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real experience in corporate communications and event management within a fast-paced, international environment. No prior experience is required — we value enthusiasm, proactivity, and attention to detail. TASKS
Communications
Support in drafting and proofreading internal and external content (announcements, memos, presentations)
Publishing content across internal communication channels (email, chat & intranet)
Tracking and updating editorial calendars and communication plans
Support in the creation of basic graphic materials using design tools (Canva) Events
Support in the organisation and logistics of internal events (meetings, team buildings, celebrations)
Supplier coordination: requesting quotes, following up on deliveries
Creating follow-up documents: timelines, checklists and post-event summaries
