Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage end-to-end IBMS projects From Design to Communication planning, scheduling and monitoring.
+ Handle IBMS systems such as BMS, CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA, VMS, and other ELV systems.
+ Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams for smooth project Execution.
+ Review project drawings, BOQs, technical submittals, and method statements.
+ Ensure project completion within time, cost, and quality parameters.
+ Supervise site engineers and subcontractors at project sites.
+ Conduct site inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
+ Prepare project reports, progress updates, and documentation
+ Manage issue resolution, change management, and risk mitigation.
+ Support project closure activities.
