Commission-Based Sales Consultant
We're hiring independent sales professionals to help auto repair shops discover AutoSuite – our cloud-based garage management platform.
Commission Structure
- 20% commission on new customer annual billing (first 12 months)
- 10% commission on renewals (month 13)
- Monthly performance bonuses (AED based on billing targets)
- Annual performance bonuses (AED 5k-100k, tiered by performance)
Requirements
- B2B software or services sales experience (or strong sales background)
- Cold calling, cold email, and follow-up skills (consultative, not pushy)
- Comfort with rejection and persistence with follow-up
- Ability to close deals independently
- Self-starter mentality – you don't need hand-holding
- Willingness to learn the automotive/garage industry fast
