Responsibilities

• Lead daily commissary operations, including ordering, stocking, packaging, and distribution, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
• Supervise and coach staff, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions to maintain a high-performing team.
• Manage staff scheduling and ensure adequate coverage to meet operational demands.
• Oversee inventory control, including stock level monitoring, cycle counts, audits, and discrepancy resolution.
• Ensure accuracy in pricing, labeling, transactions, and order fulfillment at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health, safety, and food handling standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service by resolving concerns promptly and ensuring timely, accurate order delivery.
