As a Commis III at DELANO Dubai, you will support the kitchen team with fundamental food preparation and basic operational tasks, contributing to a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment. Working under close supervision, you will learn and develop essential culinary skills while ensuring all duties are carried out with discipline, consistency, and attention to detail in line with DELANO standards.
- Basic Food Preparation: Assist with fundamental tasks such as washing, peeling, trimming, and basic portioning of ingredients
- Mise-en-Place Support: Help prepare and maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked workstation before and during service
