Job Description
We are seeking a talented and dedicated Commis I - Cold Kitchen to join our culinary team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our kitchen staff you will assist in the preparation of cold dishes salads and appetizers contributing to our commitment to culinary excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in preparing mise-en-place for salads appetizers dressings and cold platters
- Support the creation of buffet presentations and à la carte cold items
- Ensure consistent food quality portion control and adherence to recipes and plating guidelines for cold dishes
- Maintain proper storage and freshness of ingredients
- Keep workstations clean and organized in compliance with HACCP and local regulations
- Assist senior chefs in daily operations and contribute to a smooth workflow
