We are looking for a passionate and skilled Commis I – Pizza Chef to join our kitchen team. This role is primarily responsible for managing our pizza section, with additional exposure to pastas and Mediterranean cuisine. If you have a love for authentic Italian food and take pride in craftsmanship, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
Handle the pizza section independently and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Prepare and stretch dough, manage fermentation, and maintain dough quality standards.
Prepare and execute authentic Neapolitan-style pizzas using traditional techniques.
Work with premium Italian flours and house-made sauces while maintaining recipe consistency.
Assist in the preparation and execution of pasta and Mediterranean dishes.
Ensure proper mise en place, portioning, and food presentation.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the kitchen.
