Location: Centrale & Whitgift Shopping Centres, Croydon

Reporting to: General Manager

Key Objective: The Commercialisation Manager will source new and dynamic Retail, Experiential, Event Sponsorship & Media brands and tenants for the Whigift Croydon, including asset strategy, sales, financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, billing, instal and ongoing account management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and evolve the Centrale & Whitgift Commercialisation category including strategy, delivery, and business plan.
• Take responsibility for the delivery of the Centrale & Whitgift Commercialisation budget and the account management of agency and tenant relationships.
• Drive income and capital growth via kiosks, car park, short term shop lets and asset management initiatives.
