Commercial Training Manager As a Commercial Training Manager you will be responsible for designing and delivering programs that increase the knowledge and skills of our frontline commercial teams across all markets Deliveroo operates. In this role you will work with many commercial stakeholders and subject matter experts to design and deliver through multiple learning formats. You will use your experience in learning and frontline commercial teams, across sales, account management and operational roles to increase the speed to competence of new starters and upskill and develop existing team members. Learning topics will include soft skills, commercial competencies, product and industry knowledge and operational policies.
