Commercial Specialist - P&C Product & Propositions

Job Purpose

The Commercial Specialist – Property & Casualty (P&C) Product & Propositions will support the development and execution of the Products Strategy. The role is associated to both new P&C Products & Propositions and assessment of existing ones, based on the existing POG (Product Oversight & Governance) framework. For existing Products & Propositions, the role includes analyzing all products’ characteristics, defining margins for improvement, aiming to maximize the value of the services provided and simplifying the product portfolio while balancing the market’s needs with the targets set by the company.
