About the Role
£66,980 as a basic salary + Car / Car Allowance + up to 20% Bonus + Benefits Based at Maidenhead - but is a National role. What will I be doing?
Manage, coach and develop a team of five bid writers. Allocate workload, set standards, perform quality reviews, and embed continuous improvement (lessons learnt, client feedback, post‑award reviews) Establish, maintain and continually improve the national bid library (people, process, tools), keeping content current, accurate and on‑brand (method statements, case studies, pricing narratives, ESG/social value propositions) What are the requirements?
