SUMMARY:
A minimum of 8 years commercial experience and 5 years managerial within premium beauty, cosmetics, fragrance, or FMCG and leading national sales teams. Strong retail account management and experience working with national retail chains.
POSITION INFO:
Commercial forecasting and analytical experience as well as a sound understanding of retail, forecasting, sell-out, merchandising, and brand managements, to translate strategy into measurable commercial results. Drive achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Monitor sales performance by retailer, region, store, and brand and develop retailer-specific growth strategies.
