The Commercial Retail Manager is responsible for protecting, embedding and elevating retail standards across Jellycat’s physical retail environments, acting as a highly visible, hands‑on presence in market. This is a field‑based role, spending the majority of time on the road visiting stores, supporting partners, observing execution, and addressing issues early to uphold Jellycat’s retail ambition.
