Overview
Commercial Real Estate Asset ManagerThe Asset Manager is responsible for safeguarding assets by diligently managing an existing portfolio of loans secured by commercial income-producing properties. The responsibilities for this role are specialized in the analysis and assessment of risk associated with loans secured by Commercial Real Estate (CRE) deals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of property-level financial analysis, real estate market dynamics, and the unique risks associated with various property types. You will be a key player in ensuring the performance and stability of Capital One’s CRE loan portfolio from closing through payoff.
