This is an excellent opportunity to be based from either the Romford or Blackfriars office, working on a varied and high-quality caseload with genuine opportunities for career progression.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' PQE in Commercial Property and be confident managing their own caseload. Experience in Probate would be advantageous but is not essential.

Key Responsibilities

Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters from instruction through to completion.
Handling all aspects of commercial conveyancing, including:
Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals.
Commercial leases.
Assignments of leases.
Licences to Assign.
