Responsibilities
- Serve as Executive Assistant (15% of time): prepare correspondence and follow‑up, handle inquiries, schedule meetings, manage calendar, prioritize multiple projects, review documents and reports, handle company credit cards, compile reports for senior leadership, prepare meeting agendas and minutes, manage discreet handling of departmental business.
