Job Description
To fuel Swappie's profitable growth and advance our mission of making refurbished electronics mainstream, we are looking for a Commercial Planning Manager in Helsinki to take ownership of planning within our Commercial organization and help us continue building the function as we scale into new categories.
What You'll Actually Do
- Commercial ownership: Run the weekly supply planning cycle. Plan how many units of which devices we purchase and when, based on inventory levels, run‑rate logic, and expected sales mix. Own demand forecast reviews and contribute to the development of forecasting itself.
- Inventory and margin management: Own inventory allocation and inventory health across the portfolio. Balance availability against aging risk and working capital, and flag commercial implications before they hit margin or cash flow.
