Job Description
What You'll Be Doing Key Areas of responsibility:
- Execute end‑to‑end operations for bulk crude cargoes from supply to delivery.
- Manage voyage‑chartered vessels, vessels under Shell control, and terminal/blending activities (where applicable).
- Protect deal P&L by preventing demurrage, minimizing downtime, and identifying optimization opportunities.
- Ensure full compliance with contracts, charter parties, regulations, and Shell HSSE standards.
- Coordinate daily with traders, shipping, manufacturing, optimizers, contracts, claims, legal, demurrage, and trade finance teams.
- Manage external interfaces with counterparties, vessel owners/brokers, terminals, surveyors, port agents, and service providers.
- Plan, schedule, and nominate vessels, cargoes, and delivery windows accurately and on time.
