Responsibilities

Commercial Operating Rhythm Enablement

• Support the design, coordination, and continuous improvement of key commercial operating rhythms, including performance reviews, forecasting cycles, pipeline reviews, and commercial planning processes.
• Ensure each rhythm runs on time, with clear preparation requirements, consistent inputs, and actionable outputs.

Process & Tool Optimization

• Map, standardize, and continuously improve key sales and commercial processes.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to optimize CRM workflows and supporting tools.
• Drive adoption of systems, data standards, and best practices across the commercial organization.
• Ensure CRM hygiene and enforce consistent usage guidelines.
• Monitor and ensure data quality and integrity across commercial systems.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and lead iterative improvement initiatives.
