Commercial Operations Lead

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Operations Lead to oversee the end-to-end order management process and ensure seamless coordination between customers and internal departments. Job Responsibilities :
Manage the complete order lifecycle, from order receipt to dispatch and delivery.
Coordinate with Production, Planning, Stores, Quality, and Logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, quotations, and commercial queries.
Prepare and manage quotations, order confirmations, proforma invoices, and other commercial documents.
