Job Description
Responsibilities
- Build, own, and iterate on AI agents and automated workflows to optimize commercial vertical site performance
- Act as the primary operational owner of the AI and automation layer powering commercial processes
- Design and deploy operational workflows that reduce manual effort and improve output quality
- Lead the full development lifecycle for commercial agents, from problem definition to prompt architecture and deployment
- Establish QA processes and human review layers for all AI-driven outputs
- Monitor agent performance and iterate based on commercial data and stakeholder feedback
- Generate and present operational KPI reports using AI-assisted tooling

- Proven experience building and shipping AI agents into a live production environment
