Commercial Manager

Enersense Engineering is currently seeking Commercial Managers to support our clients’ Data Centre projects in several locations across Finland. We are hiring on a permanent basis and the work is set to start as soon as possible.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the commercial team in a fast‑paced construction environment, ensuring high performance, accountability and strong commercial awareness
• Put effective cost control processes in place
• Prepare and present key commercial reports to senior management
• Plan and manage project procurement to meet timelines, scope and budget
• Ensure a smooth handover of information from pre‑construction to the project team
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients and suppliers
• Ensure all commercial documentation is accurate and properly maintained
