Commercial Manager

Overview

We are partnering with an international contractor to recruit an experienced Commercial Manager for a major construction project in Ras Al Khaimah. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business delivering high‑profile projects across the UAE. Reporting to senior project leadership, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading all commercial activities, ensuring robust cost control, contractual compliance, and the successful commercial delivery of the project.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial management of the project from commencement through to final account.
• Oversee contract administration and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Manage subcontract procurement, negotiations, appointments and commercial performance.
• Prepare, review and negotiate variations, claims and change orders.
• Monitor project costs, forecasts, cash flow and commercial reporting.
