Commercial Manager - Fresh Produce

They’ve built a serious reputation in their category combining deep sector expertise, strong grower relationships, and relentless focus on quality, service and cost control.

Now they need a Commercial Manager who can step in and own, grow and elevate key customer relationships.

The Role

This is a hands-on, commercially driven position where you will:

* Take ownership of key retail-facing accounts and product categories

* Build and develop strong, trust-based relationships across customers and growers

* Drive sales, margin and category performance

* Deliver accurate forecasting, pricing and commercial insight
