With a strong pipeline of projects underway, they are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead the commercial function across their Brisbane operations.
The opportunity
Reporting to senior leadership, you will take ownership of the commercial performance of multiple large-scale apartment developments. You will provide strategic commercial leadership across procurement, contract management, cost control, risk management, and financial reporting while leading a team of Contracts Managers and Contract Administrators.
