Hill International is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction and consultancy services with a proven ability to manage commercial aspects of large‑scale development projects effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial management of projects ensuring compliance with contracts and financial objectives.
• Oversee cost control, procurement, contract administration and risk management.
• Manage claims, variations and dispute resolution in collaboration with legal and project teams.
• Develop and implement commercial strategies to optimize project profitability.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure adherence to local regulations and industry standards.
• Provide commercial reports, forecasts and financial assessments to senior management.
