As a Bldg Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering and Technical Services supporting a collaborative and safety-conscious environment. **Pay Range:** $35-40/hr.

**What's the Job?**

+ Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire, life safety, and control systems.
+ Ensure all building systems operate efficiently and meet safety standards.
+ Assist with preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment lifespan.
+ Respond promptly to client needs, including light plumbing, patching, and painting.
