Job Description
Is reputable, full-service law firm in Downtown Toronto.
Responsibilities
Work closely with a leading litigation partner and a high-performing litigation team on complex commercial litigation matters, including fraud, cyber-related disputes, and emerging digital asset issues.
Support sophisticated, high-stakes litigation files from early strategy through to resolution, including motions, evidentiary analysis, and case management.
Conduct advanced legal research, develop litigation strategy, and prepare written advocacy materials in complex commercial disputes.
Manage and run significant portions of litigation files with increasing autonomy, acting as a key support to senior counsel on busy matters.
Qualifications
Called to the Ontario Bar, with approximately 3 to 6 years of experience in commercial litigation.
Strong background in litigation with exposure to complex commercial disputes.
