Commercial Lender Senior

The Senior Commercial Relationship Manager (Senior CRM) is a highly experienced, self-directed commercial lender responsible for originating, structuring, and managing complex credit relationships. The Senior CRM will actively pursue existing and potential clients by supporting the development of high-quality customer relationships. Identifying customer needs through profiling the customer to attain appropriate services and products. This position operates with a high degree of autonomy and is expected to independently manage a sophisticated portfolio while actively generating new business. The role requires self-direction, tact, diplomacy, and a clear, courteous and professional manner when dealing with the public and other employees.
