Commercial Legal Counsel - Singapore

We are looking for an experienced commercial counsel to join us as APAC Commercial legal counsel (based in Singapore) . This role will report to our Director of Legal APAC and work closely with our business teams in APAC to support our growth in the region.

Partner sales teams and stakeholders to structure, draft, negotiate and close agreements with customers, partners and suppliers. Work in a team‑first environment collaboratively with other members of the Legal team and internal stakeholders.

As an experienced legal professional who regularly supports public sector and complex enterprise technology deals, you are a skilled commercial contracts negotiator, client‑oriented and willing to go the extra mile. You are quick on the uptake, have keen judgment and attention to detail.
