Commercial Leasing Executive / Senior Executive

Commercial Leasing Executive / Senior Executive (up to Assistant Manager level) to join our Leasing team at Lendlease Singapore.

• Interfacing with third party agents and attending to call‑in enquiries.
• Working with other stakeholders within Lendlease to build strong relationships with corporate and MNC clients and to understand their expansion plans and brand portfolios in Singapore.
• Keeping up‑to‑date with general commercial real‑estate market trends.
• Managing monthly leasing reports and tenants’ performance reports.
• Collaborating with the Leasing Director to ensure lease‑administration matters are in order.
• Sourcing, prospecting and securing new tenants for commercial office and retail spaces through direct outreach, networking and engagement with real‑estate agents.
