This role is a
Commercial Lawyer role, reporting to the General Counsel. You will be a part
of a small and high-performing team, and you will be joining at an exciting and
transformative time for this organisation. Some key responsibilities below;
Act as the primary
legal contact formercial, sales, procurement, and contractual matters
Support contract
negotiations, resolvemercial issues, and escalate risks where appropriate.
Deliver legal and
commercial training to internal stakeholders.
